1. Use the search bar to filter the item inspection records or search for a specific PO number, supplier, etc.
2. Columns can be sorted and filtered by clicking on the arrow to the right of the column heading. The sort & filtering options will appear.
3. Use the arrows to move through the pages of inspection records.
4. By default when the grid loads 10 PO records are displayed. However, if you click 'Show 10 entries' you can change how much is displayed in the grid. Choose from 20, 30, or 40.
5. Click View to access the inspection record.

The Actions drop-down allows you to work on updating item inspection records without directly entering the item inspection record. It also allows you to make updates to multiple item inspection records at one time using the tick box feature.

1. Click the row of the item inspection record to mark it (tick the box).

2. Click the Actions drop-down and choose the action you would like to complete for the inspection record(s) highlighted e.g., perhaps you want to update the status of the item inspection record.

Assign Inspector

The Assign Inspector option in the Actions drop-down allows you to assign or update an inspector for the item inspection record(s). Inspectors assigned to inspection records will be able to see these in their My Actions Today tab.

Assign Reviewer

The Assign Reviewer option in the Actions drop-down allows you to assign or update a reviewer for the item inspection record.

Assign Status

The Assign Status option in the Actions drop-down allows you to assign or update the overall status of the item inspection record.

Assign Result

The Assign Result option in the Actions drop-down allows you to assign or update the overall result of the item inspection record.
