Add Override Status Model

The Override Status Model can be configured to enable what values appear within the Status drop-down menu in the Review and Approval stage of an Item Inspection Override Record.

Only one override status model can be created per site. If a user adds a new model and there is already an existing override status model, then this existing model will populate automatically.

1. Status Model

Enter Monitoring Program Details
  1. Enter the name of the model you are creating.
  2. The type of model you are creating appears here by default.
  3. Choose an existing folder for the model to go into or create a new folder by clicking New Folder.
Enable Program Schedule
  1. Use the Add Line button to add as many lines as required to add the drop-down list items (Override status options).
  2. For each item you add you can choose to associate a default result. Choose Accepted or Rejected from the drop-down. If you do not want to associate a default result leave the field blank.
