Add Override Status Model
The Override Status Model can be configured to enable what values appear within the Status drop-down menu in the Review and Approval stage of an Item Inspection Override Record.
Only one override status model can be created per site. If a user adds a new model and there is already an existing override status model, then this existing model will populate automatically.
1. Status Model
- Enter the name of the model you are creating.
- The type of model you are creating appears here by default.
- Choose an existing folder for the model to go into or create a new folder by clicking New Folder.
- Use the Add Line button to add as many lines as required to add the drop-down list items (Override status options).
- For each item you add you can choose to associate a default result. Choose Accepted or Rejected from the drop-down. If you do not want to associate a default result leave the field blank.
