Add Item Inspection Status Model

The Item Inspection Status Model can be configured to enable what values appear within the Status drop-down menu in the Item Status stage of the Item Inspection Record.

Only one item inspection model can be created per site. If a user adds a new model and there is already an existing item inspection status model, the existing model will populate automatically.

1. Status Model

Enter Monitoring Program Details
  1. Enter the name of the model you are creating.
  2. The type of model you are creating appears here by default.
  3. Choose an existing folder for the model to go into or create a new folder by clicking New Folder.
Enable Program Schedule
  1. Use the Add Line button to add as many lines as required to add the drop-down list items (inspection status options) e.g. Accepted, Rejected, Accepted with Flaws, etc.
  2. For each item you can choose the overall default result to associate with it. Choose either Accepted or Rejected from the Result drop-down. Leave the field blank if you do not want to have a default result populate for the status. Note: While you do not have to associate a result to each status here in the model, while completing the item inspection record you will need to choose either accepted or rejected.
