Add Item Inspection Status Model
The Item Inspection Status Model can be configured to enable what values appear within the Status drop-down menu in the Item Status stage of the Item Inspection Record.
Only one item inspection model can be created per site. If a user adds a new model and there is already an existing item inspection status model, the existing model will populate automatically.
1. Status Model
- Enter the name of the model you are creating.
- The type of model you are creating appears here by default.
- Choose an existing folder for the model to go into or create a new folder by clicking New Folder.
- Use the Add Line button to add as many lines as required to add the drop-down list items (inspection status options) e.g. Accepted, Rejected, Accepted with Flaws, etc.
- For each item you can choose the overall default result to associate with it. Choose either Accepted or Rejected from the Result drop-down. Leave the field blank if you do not want to have a default result populate for the status. Note: While you do not have to associate a result to each status here in the model, while completing the item inspection record you will need to choose either accepted or rejected.
