Add Claim Status Model

The Claim Status Model can be configured to enable what values appear within the Decision stage drop-down menu in a Claim Record.

Only one claim status model can be created per site. If a user adds a new model and there is already an existing claim status model in place, this existing model will populate automatically.

1. Status Model

Enter Monitoring Program Details
  1. Enter the name of the model you are creating.
  2. The type of model you are creating appears here by default.
  3. Choose an existing folder for the model to go into or create a new folder by clicking New Folder.
Enable Program Schedule
  1. Use the Add Line button to add as many lines as required for each item (claim statuses).
  2. For each item you can associate an overall default result. Choose from the set result drop-down either Accepted or Rejected. If you do not want to associate a default result, leave the field blank.
