Item Inspection Record Dashboard

The Item Inspection Record Dashboard comprises of 4 tabs:

  • Summary
  • Inspection Record
  • Claims
  • Overrides

The dashboard provides an overview of the item inspection record and also details on the history of inspections for the item.

Click the Actions drop-down and select Edit to access the item inspection record.

1. Summary

Item Details

1. The item (material) identifier number.

2. The name of the item (material).

3. The item inspection Pass Rate - calculated using previous inspection results.

4. The Supplier's name.

5. The name of the buyer assigned at the purchase order item stage of the PO.

6. The name of the supplier site is shown here.

7. The name of the carrier is shown here.

8. The name of the entity who arranged the carrier is shown here.

9. The name of the person who received the delivery (comes from the PO status stage).

Item Inspection Management

1. The time at which the first item inspection record started (inspection record details was saved and submitted).

2. The time at which the last item inspection record was completed.

3. The time it took for the inspection to be completed (duration between start and finish time).

4. The purchase order number is shown here.

5. The quantity defined on the PO for delivery.

6. The actual quantity delivered as defined in the item inspection record.

7. The date the order was placed (as defined in the purchase order details stage).

8. The date and time the purchase order was placed into Safefood360.

9. The result of the last item inspection for the supplier (Accepted or Rejected).

10. The name of the item inspection reviewer.

11. The location the delivery has been assigned to i.e., the door the delivery was assigned to for unloading.

Item Inspection Status

1. The status of the item inspection e.g., Completed, Failure Override, etc. The statuses that appear here have been defined in the item inspection status model.

2. The result of the item inspection i.e., Accepted or Rejected.

3. Status on if claim records have been raised from within the item inspection record i.e., Yes or No.

4. Status on if an override record has been raised from within the item inspection record i.e., Yes or No.

5. The trailer number for the delivery.

6. The date and time the trailer was received in.

7. The date and time the trailer was released out.

8. The date and time the delivery was scheduled to arrive.

9. The date and time the delivery actually arrived.

Item Inspection Record

The grid displays the list of tests and the test results completed within the inspection record. The grid shows the name of the main section, the subsection, and the test name. Each test value is shown and also provides a test result for the test i.e. Pass, Fail, or Pass Warning. This will only show for variable and attribute tests. The name of the employee who completed the test is displayed along with if a claim or override was generated for the test.

When a large volume of tests are completed in an inspection, you can use the arrow on the bottom left of the grid to move through the list.

Item Inspection Claims

The grid will display details on claims raised from the inspection record.

Item Inspection Overrides

The grid will display details on any override record raised from the inspection record.

The tab displays the list of tests completed within the inspection record. The tab shows the name of the main section, the subsections, and the test name. Each test value completed is shown including the test result i.e., Pass, Fail, or Pass Warning. This will only show for variable and attribute tests. The employee who completed the test is displayed. For each test Yes or No will be displayed of a claim or override was generated from the test.
