Self Service Tool- Calibration Record Module

This guide is to outline the options within the Self-Service Tool when creating a report for the Calibration - Record Module. Below, each option on the left-hand side of the report builder is outlined in relation to this module.

Completed By

Completed by Name: The name of the user who completed the Calibration Record. You can see this information within the Audit log of a Calibration record. You can see this information within the Audit log of a Calibration record.

Created By

Created By Name: The name of the user who created the Calibration Record. You can see this information within the Audit log of a Calibration record.  

Created Date

Created Date: Refers to the date on which the Calibration record was created. This can be seen in the Audit log or within the record itself.

 

Item

  1. Item Certification Number: The Certification number of the item within the Calibration record.
  2. Item Code: The code related to the item within the Calibration record.
  3. Item Folder: The folder in which the item associated with the Calibration record can be found.  
  4. Item Name: The name of the item within the Calibration record. 
  5. Item Serial Number: The serial number of the item within the Calibration record.

The item can be seen within the Calibration Record. The above information relating to the item can be found in MasterData > Items > Access the Item > Action > Edit.

Procedure

  1. Document Folder: Refers to the name of the Folder in which the Procedure associated with your Calibration Record is located. 
  2. Document Folder Path: Refers to the Folder Path taken to locate the Procedure associated with your Calibration Record
  3. Document Name: Refers to the name of the Procedure associated with the Calibration Record. 

The procedure associated with a Calibration Record can be seen within the record itself. This is chosen within the Calibration Programme. The Procedure Document can be located in the Documents module.

Reading

  1. Column Name: The name of the columns within of the Reading section of a Calibration record.
  2. Point: This refers to the Point column of the Reading section of a Calibration record.
  3. Reading Value: This refers to the values within the Reading section of a Calibration record.
  4. Reading Order: The order of information within the Readings table in a Calibration record. 

The above information can be located by opening a Calibration record and scrolling down to the section on Readings.

Record

  1. Calibration Type: The Calibration type from the Calibration record. 
  2. Calibrator: The name of the Calibrator from the Calibration record.
  3. Certificate Number: The Certificate number from the Calibration record. 
  4. Is Archived: Allows you to see whether the record is archived. You may want to filter your report with this field. Archived records can be seen via PRP Control > Calibration > Complete tab Toggle 'Archive: On'.
  5. Is Deleted: Allows you to see whether the record is deleted.
  6. Programme Name: This refers to the name of the Programme from which the Calibration record is created. 
  7. Record Name: The name of your Calibration record. 
  8. Record No: The number associated with the Calibration record.
  9. Report: The report from the ‘Result’ section of the Calibration record.
  10. Result: The result from the ‘Result’ section of the Calibration record.
  11. Risk: This refers to the risk associated with the Calibration record. You can see the risk on the Complete/Plan/Action tab of the Calibration Module.
  12. Status: The status of your Calibration record (eg. Closed, Awaiting Calibration Record)
  13. Total Risk Value: The value of the Total Risk associated with a Calibration Record. This can be seen in the Programme associated with the record.
  14. Record (Count): The number of records created from a Calibration Programme. This can be seen by accessing the Programme.

Site

Site Name: Allows you to add the name of each of your Sites to your report or filter your report by site (Only applicable if you have multiple sites within Safefood360).

User Filter

User Filter: This refers to whether user filter is applied or not.
Measure Names: The names of measures used in the module
Measure Values: The values used in the module
