Self Service Tool- Batching Record Module

This guide is to outline the options within the Self-Service Tool when creating a report for the Batching- Record Module. Below, each option on the left-hand side of the report builder is outlined in relation to this Module.

Batching

  1. Is Archived: Allows you to see whether the record is archived. You may want to filter your report with this field. Archived records can be seen via Monitoring > Batching > Complete/Actions tab > Toggle 'Archive: On'.
  2. Is Deleted: This refers to whether the record is deleted.
  3. Name: The name of the Batching Record.
  4. Report: This relates to information from the Report box of the Batching Record.
  5. Stage: This refers stage of your Batching Record (eg. Completed, Awaiting Batch Record).
  6. Trace No: The trace number of the Batching record.
  7. Batch Size: The Batch size associated with the Batching Record. 
  8. No.: This refers to the Batching Record Number.
  9. Batching (Count): This refers to the number of Batching records in your site.

Batching Quantity

  1. Quantity Added: This refers to whether the Quantity was added (Yes/No)
  2. Quantity Ingredient: The name of the ingredients associated with your Batching Record. 
  3. Quantity Notes: Notes associated with the quantity from the Batching Record.
  4. Quantity Trace No: This refers to the Trace Number of the Ingredient from the Batching Record.
  5. Quantity: This refers to the quantity of each ingredient from the Batching Record. 
  6. Quantity Count: Refers to the number of ingredients from the Batch Record.
  7. Quantity Percentage: The percentage of each ingredient within the Batching Record.

The above information regarding Quantity can be seen within a Batching Record in the Batch Record section.

Batching Step

  1. Step: The steps within the Batch procedure from the Batching Record.
  2. Step Completed: Was each step completed? (yes/no).

The steps can be seen within the Batching Record, under Batch Procedure.

Date

  1. Conducted Date- Conducted: The date on which the Batching Record was conducted.
  2. Created Date- Created: The date on which your Batching Record was created.

You can see the created/conducted dates within a Batching Record. You can access Actions > Audit Log for further information.

Monitoring Record

Monitoring Record Name: The name of any monitoring records associated with a Batching record. The associated Monitoring Records can be seen in a Batching record under the ‘Monitoring Record’ section.

Procedure

  1. Procedure Description: The description of the Procedure associated with your Batching Record.
  2. Document Folder: The name of the Folder in which the Procedure associated with your Batching Record is located. 
  3. Document Folder Path: The Folder Path taken to locate the Procedure associated with your Batching Record
  4. Document Name: The name of the Procedure associated with the Batching Record. 
  5. VersionAddedDate: The date on which the newest version of the procedure was added.

You can see the procedure associated with a Batching Record within the record itself. The procedure document and further information relating to the procedure can be located via MasterData > Documents.

Quantity Completed By

  1. Quantity Completed by: The name of the user who completed the Quantity section of the Batching record.
  2. Quantity Completed by Folder Path: This refers to the Folder Path taken to locate the user who completed the Quantity section of the Batching record.
  3. Quantity Completed by Folder: The name of the folder in which the user who completed the Quantity section of the Batching record is located.

This user who completed the Quantity information can be seen within a Batching Record under the ‘Batch Record’ section. The Folder and Folder Path can be seen within the user’s Employee Page via MasterData > Employees.

Site

Site Name: Allows you to add the name of each of your Sites to your report, or filter your report by each site (Only applicable if you have multiple sites within Safefood 360).

Step Completed By

  1. Step Completed by Folder: The name of the folder in which the user who completed the Procedure section of the Batching record is located.
  2. Step Completed by Folder Path: The Folder Path taken to locate the user who completed the Procedure section of the Batching record.
  3. Step Completed by Name: The name of the user who completed the Procedure section of the Batching record.

This information can be seen within a Batching Record under the ‘Procedure’ section. The Folder and Folder Path can be seen within the user’s Employee Page via MasterData > Employees.

Unit of Measurement

  1. Unit: The name of unit of measurement within the Batching record.
  2. Unit Description: The description of the Unit of measurement within the Batching Record.
  3. Unit Folder: The name of the folder in which the unit of measurement can be located.
  4. Unit Folder Path: The folder path taken to locate the unit of measurement.

The unit of measurement can be seen in the Batching record under ‘Batch Size’. Further information regarding the Unit can be seen via MasterData > Categories.

UserFilter

  1. User Filter: This refers to whether user filter is applied or not.
  2. Measure Names: Refers to the names of measures used in the module.
  3. Measure Values: Refers to values used in the module.
