Self-Service Tool- Glass and Plastic Control Programme Module

This guide is to outline the options within the Self-Service Tool when creating a report for the Glass and Plastic Control Programme Module. Below, each option on the left-hand side of the report builder is outlined in relation to the Glass and Plastic Control Module.

Auditor

  1. Auditor Folder: This refers to the name of the Employee Folder of the auditor associated with your Glass and Plastic control programme.
  2. Auditor Folder Path: This refers to the path taken to locate the folder in which the auditor associated with your Glass and Plastic control programme can be found. You may want to filter by Folder or Folder Path when creating your report.
  3. Auditor Name: The name of the Auditor associated with the Glass and Plastic Control Programme.

The Auditor Name is chosen when a Glass and Plastic control Programme is created and can be seen within an existing Programme within the Details section. The Folder and Folder Path can be seen within the user’s Employee Page via MasterData > Employees.

Date Fields

  1. Created Date- Created: This refers to the date on which the Glass and Plastic Programme was created.
  2. Last Action Date- Last Action: The date when the Programme was last actioned, i.e.. When a record was last created from this programme
  3. Last Completed Date- Last Completed: The date when the Programme was last completed, i.e.. when a record created from this Programme was last completed.
  4. Modified Date- Modified: This refers to the date on which the Programme was last modified. This can be seen within a Programme via Actions > Audit Log. 
  5. Next Due Date- Next Due: This refers to the date on which the next record is due, this will apply if the Programme scheduler is set to trigger a new record periodically. The scheduler can be accessed when editing/creating a new Glass and Plastic control Programme.

The Created Date, Last Action date and Completed Date can be seen in the Glass and Plastic Control Module in the Plan tab. This can also be seen in the audit log alongside the modified date.

Program

  1. IsArchived: Allows you to see whether the program is archived. You may want to filter your report with this field. Archived records can be seen via PRP Control > Glass and Plastic Control > Plan tab > Toggle 'Archive: On'.
  2. IsDeleted:  This refers to whether the program is archived (this field is not currently in use).
  3. Action Notice Days: The Action Notice Days can be seen in the scheduler, within a Calibration Program and refers to the number of days a record is open before a notification is sent.
  4. Glass Control Program Count: The Glass Control Program Count is a continuous measure and refers to the number of Programmes in the Glass and Plastic Control module. All the Programmes can be seen within the Glass and Plastic Control module under the Plan tab.

Program Details

  1. Program Name: The name of your Glass and Plastic Control Programme.
  2. Repeat Frequency: The frequency at which the Programme is set to repeat according to the scheduler.
  3. Risk: The Risk value associated with the Glass and Plastic Control Programme.
  4. #No: This refers to the number associated with your Glass and Plastic Control Programme, this can be seen under the Plan tab of the module.

The above information can be located under Details in your Glass and Plastic Control Programme.

Program Register

  1. Register Name: The Name from the Register section of the Glass and Plastic programme. 
  2. Register Protected: Is the registered item protected? (Yes/No) 
  3. Register Risk: The risk associated with the registered item within the Glass and Plastic control programme (eg. High, Low)
  4. Register Quantity: The quantity of the items from the Register section of the programme. 

The above information can be located under the Register section when editing a Glass and Plastic control programme:

Register Document

  1. Register Document Description: The description of the Document referenced in the Register section of a Glass and Plastic control Programme. 
  2. Register Document Folder: This refers to the name of the folder in which the Document is found.
  3. Register Document Folder Path: The Folder Path taken to locate the Document. 
  4. Register Document Name: The name of the Document referenced in the Glass and Plastic control Programme (see above screenshot).

The Document Folder/path and description can be located via MasterData > Documents. 

Register Item

  1. Register Item Code: The code of the item within the register section of the Glass and Plastic control Programme.
  2. Register Item Folder: The name of the folder in which the item can be located. 
  3. Register Item Name: The name of the item within the register section.
  4. Register Item Serial no.: The serial number of the item within the register section

The item name can be located within a Glass and Plastic control module under the Register section. Further information on the item can be located via MasterData > Items > Select Item > Actions > Edit. 

Site

Site Name: Allows you to add/filter by site (Only applicable if you have multiple sites within Safefood 360).

User Filter

  1. User Filter: This refers to whether user filter is applied or not.
  2. Measure Names: refers to the names of measures used in the module
  3. Measure Values: refers to values used in the module
