Self-Service Tool - Glass and Plastic Control Audit Record Module

This guide is to outline the options within the Self-Service Tool when creating a report for the Glass and Plastic Audit Record Module. Below, each option on the left-hand side of the report builder is outlined in relation to this module.  

Auditor

  1. Auditor Folder: The Employee Folder of the auditor associated with your Glass and Plastic Audit record.  
  2. Auditor Folder Path: This refers to the Folder Path of the Folder in which the auditor associated with your Glass and Plastic Audit record can be found. You may want to filter by Folder or Folder Path when creating your report.
  3. Auditor Name: Refers to the name of the Auditor associated with the Glass and Plastic Audit record.

The Auditor Name is chosen when a Glass and Plastic control Programme is created and can be seen within an existing Programme under ‘Auditor’. The name will also show when a new record is created. The Folder and Folder Path can be seen within the user’s Employee Page via MasterData > Employees.

Date Fields

  1. Last Completed Date- Completed: This is the date on which a Glass and Plastic audit record was last completed.
  2. Conducted Date- Conducted: This refers to the date on which a Glass and Plastic audit record was last conducted.
  3. Created Date- Created: Refers to the date on which the record was created either via the scheduler or manually.

The above information can be located within a Glass and Plastic audit record via Actions > Audit Log. You may want to filter the data by date using these fields or add them directly to your report.  

Glass Condition

Register Glass Condition: This refers to the Condition column in the Register section of a Glass and Plastic Audit record (eg. ‘Intact’)

Item

  1. Item Code: The code associated with the item from the Register section of your Glass and Plastic Audit record.
  2. Item Folder: The name of the folder in which the item can be found.  
  3. Item Name: The name of an item within Glass and Plastic Audit record.
  4. Item Serial Number: This refers to the serial number of an item within the Glass and Plastic Audit record.

The item can be seen within a Glass and Plastic Audit record within the Register section (See screenshot above). The information relating to the item can be found in Master Data > Items. If you access the Item then click Action > Edit you will be able to see more information (see below screenshot).

Modified Date

Modified: This refers to the date on which the Glass and Plastic Audit record was last modified. This can be seen within the Audit Log for the record.

Record

  1. Is Archived:  Allows you to see whether the record is archived. You may want to filter your report with this field. Archived records can be seen via PRP Control > Glass and Plastic Control > Complete/Actions tab > Toggle 'Archive: On'.
  2. Is Deleted: This refers to whether the record is deleted.
  3. Name: The name of the Glass and Plastic Audit record. 
  4. Notes: This refers to any notes from the bottom of a completed Glass and Plastic Audit record.
  5. Stage: What is the current stage of your record. You may want to use this field as a filter so that only Completed/Incomplete records display within your report. 
  6. No.: The number associated with the record
  7. Record Count: This refers to the amount of Glass and Plastic Audit records. This information can be seen be opening the related programme.

 

Record Register

  1. Register Breakage Report Required: This refers to whether a Breakage Report is required according to the Register section of the Glass and Plastic Audit record (Yes/No)
  2. Register Location: This refers to information from the Location column of the Register Section of the Glass and Plastic Audit record. 
  3. Register Name: This refers to information from the Name column of the Register section of the Glass and Plastic Audit record. 
  4. Register Count: The number of items from the Register section of the Glass and Plastic Audit record. 
  5. Register Quantity: This refers to the quantity field in the Register section of the record.

The above information can be located within the Glass and Plastic record within the Register table.

Site

Site Name: Allows you to add the name of each of your Sites to your report or filter your report by site (Only applicable if you have multiple sites within Safefood 360).

User Filter

  1. User Filter: This refers to whether user filter is applied or not.
  2. Measure Names: refers to the names of measures used in the module
  3. Measure Values: refers to values used in the module
