Self Service Tool - Batching Programme Module

This guide is to outline the options within the Self-Service Tool when creating a report for the Batching- Programme Module. Below, each option on the left-hand side of the report builder is outlined in relation to this module.

Batching Program

Is Archived: This refers to whether the programme is archived. Archived programmes can be located in the Deleted Records Archive or by clicking 'Archive On' when looking through the Plan tab of the Batching module
Is Deleted: This refers to whether the programme is deleted.

  1. Program Name: The name of the Batching Programme.
  2. Scope: This refers to the scope of your Batching Programme. The scope can be seen in existing Batching Programmes under the Details section. 
  3. Batch Size: This to the Batch Size within a Batching Record. The Batch size can be seen within a Batching Programme under Specification.
  4. Batch No.:  Refers to the Batch number of the Batching Programme, which can be found within the Batching module under the Plan tab.
  5. Program Count: Refers to the number of Batching Programmes within your site.

Date Fields

  1. Created Date: Refers to the date on which a Batching Programme was created.
  2. Last Actioned Date: Refers to the date on which the Programme was last actioned, ie. when a record was last created from the Programme.
  3. Last Completed Date: Refers to the date on which the Programme was last completed, ie. when a record created from the Programme was last completed.

The dates are visible within the Batching module under Plan and can be seen within the individual programmes via Actions > Audit Log.

Monitoring Program

Monitoring Program: This refers to any monitoring programmes associated with a Batching record.

The associated Monitoring Programmes can be seen when editing an existing Batching Programme.

Procedure

  1. Procedure Description: The description associated with the Procedure relating to your Batching Programme.
  2. Procedure Folder: The name of the Folder in which the Procedure associated with your Batching Programme is located.
  3. Procedure Folder Path: This refers to the Folder Path taken to locate the Procedure associated with your Batching Programme.
  4. Procedure Name: This refers to the name of the Procedure associated with the Batching Programme.

The Procedure Name can be located within a Batching Programme and the additional information regarding the procedure can be seen by opening the Procedure Document in the Documents module.

Product

  1. Product Category: The Category of the Product which your Batching Programme relates to.
  2. Product Code: The Code of the Product which your Batching Programme relates to.
  3. Product Description: The description of the Product which your Batching Programme relates to.
  4. Product Folder Path: This refers to the folder path of the Product which your Batching Programme relates to.
  5. Product Name: The name of the Product which your Batching Programme relates to. 
  6. Product- Product Folder: The name of the product Folder of the Product which your Batching Programme relates to.

    The Product name can be located in the Details section of the Batching Programme and the additional information can be seen via MasterData > Products and Materials. 

Program Quantity

  1. Quantity Ingredient: This refers to the name of the Ingredients which make up the Product for the Batching Programme.
  2. Quantity Notes: This refers to any notes relating to each ingredient.
  3. Quantity: The Quantity of the ingredients which make up the product.
  4. Quantity Percentage: The percentage of each ingredient which makes up the Product.

This information can be located when editing an existing Batching Programme under the ‘Batch Specification’ section.

Program Step

Step: This refers to the Batch Procedure steps from a Batching Programme.

Responsible

Responsible 

  1. Responsible Folder: The name of the folder in which the Employee responsible for your Batching Programme can be located. 
  2. Responsible Folder Path: This refers to the folder path in which the Employee responsible for your Batching Programme can be located.
  3. Responsible Name: The name of the Employee responsible for your Batching Programme.

The Responsible user is chosen when a Batching Programme is created and can be seen within an existing Programme under ‘Responsible’. The Folder and Folder Path can be seen within the user’s Employee Page via MasterData > Employees.

Site

Site Name: Allows you to add the name of each of your Sites to your report, or filter your report by each site (Only applicable if you have multiple sites within Safefood 360).

 

User Filter

  1. User Filter: This refers to whether user filter is applied or not.
  2. Measure Names: refers to the names of measures used in the module
  3. Measure Values: refers to values used in the module
