Self-Service Tool- Recall/Withdrawal Programme Module

This guide is to outline the options within the Self-Service Tool when creating a report for the Recall Withdrawal Programme Module. Below, each option on the left-hand side of the report builder is outlined in relation to the Recall Withdrawal Programme Module.

Affected Products Brand

  1. Brand Description: This refers to the description associated with the Brand in the Recall/Withdrawal Programme.
  2. Brand Folder: This refers to the Folder in which the Brand within the Recall/Withdrawal programme can be located.
  3. Brand Folder Path: This refers to the path taken to locate the Brand Folder.
  4. Brand Name: This relates to the Brand indicated in the Recall/Withdrawal Programme.

    The Brand description and folder information can be located via MasterData > Categories. The Brand Name can be seen within the Recall/Withdrawal Programme under the ‘Affected Products’ heading.

Affected Products Product

  1. Product Description: The description associated with the affected product.
  2. Product Folder: The name of the folder in which the affected product is located.
  3. Product Folder Path: This refers to the path taken to locate the folder for the affected product.
  4. Product Name: The name of the affected product.

The affected product name can be seen in the Recall/Withdrawal programme under ‘Product’. The product is selected from the Products & Materials module. The product description and folder information can be located via MasterData > Products and Materials > Final Products, you can open the product and click Actions > Edit for more details.  

Checklists

  1. Checklist Folder: The name of the folder in which the Recall/Withdrawal checklists can be located.
  2. Checklist Name: The name of each of the checklists within the Recall/Withdrawal programme.
  3. Checklists Folder Path: This refers to the folder path taken to locate the checklist. You may use this filter to see if a system or a customer checklist was used.
  4. Checklist No: This refers to the number of checklists within the Recall/Withdrawal Programme.
  5. Checklists (Count): How many times the checklist is used across the Recall/Withdrawal programmes.

    The Checklists can be located within a Recall/Withdrawal program. For more information on each checklist you can access MasterData > Categories.

Program

  1. Is Archived: This refers to whether the programme is archived.
  2. Is Deleted: This refers to whether the programme is deleted. (Please note that the deleted/archived fields are not currently in use)
  3. Program (Count): The number of Recall/Withdrawal programmes in your site. You can view this via Management > Recall / Withdrawal > Access the Plan tab.

Program Affected Products

  1. Affected Products Order: This refers to the order in which the Affected Products are listed in the Recall/Withdrawal module (if there are multiple). 
  2. Quantity: This refers to the quantity of affected products.

Program Checklist

  1. Checklist Order: This refers to the order in which the Checklists are listed in the Recall/Withdrawal module.
  2. Program Checklist (Count): The number of checklists in the Recall Withdrawal Programme.

Program Details

  1. Name: The name of the Recall/Withdrawal programme.
  2. Procedure Name: The name of the procedure associated with the Recall/Withdrawal programme.  
  3. Program Type: This refers to the type of programme, such as Product Recall.  
  4. Repeat Interval: The interval at which the program is set to generate records, according to the scheduler (e.g. years).
  5. Risk: The Risk associated with the Recall/Withdrawal programme (eg. Medium) 
  6. Risk Description: The description of the risk associated with the programme.
  7. Send Email Notification: Is the scheduler set to send an email notification when a record is triggered? (Yes/No)
  8. Action Notice Days: How many days’ notice is given before a new record is triggered via the scheduler.
  9. No: This refers to the number of records generated from each programme.
  10. Repeat Frequency: At what frequency is the programme scheduled to generate a new record. For example if the repeat interval is ‘years’ then the frequency may be ‘1’.
  11. Risk Value: Refers to the risk value associated with the Recall/Withdrawal programme.  
  12. Total Risk Value: The total Risk Value number associated with each Recall/Withdrawal Programme.

Program Team Members

  1. Alternate Contact Mobile: The mobile number listed next to the Alternate Contact.
  2. Alternate Contact Phone: The phone number listed next to the Alternate Contact.
  3. Primary Contact Mobile: The mobile number listed next to the Primary Contact.
  4. Primary Contact Phone: The phone number listed next to the Primary Contact.
  5. Team Members Order: The order in which the team members are listed (if multiple).

Responsible By

Responsible By: This is the user in the Responsible tab of the programme.

Site Name

Site Name: Allows you to add/filter by the name of each of your Sites to your report or filter your report by site (Only applicable if you have multiple sites within Safefood 360).

Team Members

  1. Team Members Alternate Contact
    Alternate Contact Name:
    This is the name indicated in the alternate contact section of the Recall/Withdrawal programme.
  2. Team Members Function
    Function:
    This refers to the function associated with each user in the Team Members section of the programme.
  3. Team Members Primary Contact
    Primary Contact Name: 
    This is the name of the Primary Contact indicated in the Team Members section of the programme.

Type

Type: Refers to the type of Recall/Withdrawal programme (e.g. Mock Recall or Actual Recall). This can be seen in the Details section of the programme.

User Filter

  1. User Filter: This refers to whether user filter is applied or not.
  2. Measure Names: refers to the names of measures used in the module
  3. Measure Values: refers to values used in the module
