Auditing Module: FAQs

Q: How can I view a system checklist such as BRCGS or FSSC22000 without having to build a programme & add a record?

System Checklists which are available in Safefood360 can be viewed at any time by adding a new Checklist in the Categories Module.

To add a Checklist:

1. Navigate to the Categories Module in MasterData.

2. Click Add 'Specific Category'>'Checklist'.

3. Click 'Add Checklist'.

4. Open the 'System Checklists' folder followed by the 'Audits' folder.

5. Choose the system checklist(s) you want to view. It will then automatically populate. If you are just looking there is no need to save anything.

Q: Does Safefood360° update the checklists inside my internal auditing programmes automatically when a new issue/version of a standard is released?

When a new issue/version of a standard is added to the system, Safefood360 does not automatically update the checklists in your internal auditing programmes with a new version/issue of a standard, as each customer will want to move on to the new version/issue in their own time.

To change to a new issue/version of a system audit checklist:

1. Navigate to the Auditing Module.

2. Click on the Plan tab and choose the audit programme you need to update.

3. Click Actions > Edit on the programme.

4. Inside the programme under the section 'Checklist', delete the old checklist(s) with the X button and select the new issue/version of the checklist(s) by clicking in and opening the 'System Checklist' folder, followed by the 'Audits' folder.

5. Select your specific standard, choose the new checklist(s), and click Select.

6. Proceed to Save your programme. The next time a record generates from the programme it will contain the new checklist(s).
