3. Select the employee or external laboratory which conducted the test.
4. Give the test report a traceability number.

1. Input the reading for each sample point. Automatically the result will appear - 'Pass' or 'Fail'. The reading may turn orange or red to indicate warning and action limits respectively as defined in the program. Choose 'Not Tested' if you didn't do the test.
2. Enter report details.
3. If you wish to conduct a re-test, tick the box and save and submit to generate the next workflow.

Complete record as shown previously. All sample points move into the retest stage, you only need to retest the failed sample points.
