Add a Final Product Test

1. Enter Product Test Record Details

  1. Select the date of the test.
  2. Select the employee responsible for the test.
  3. Select the employee or external laboratory which conducted the test.
  4. Select the brand of the product that is being tested.
  5. Select the production line the product was produced on.
  6. Enter the batch number of the product.
  7. Select the durability date (Best Before or Use By) of this batch of product.

2. Enter Product Test Result

Enter Product Test Result
  1. Input the reading for each Microorganism. Automatically the result will appear - 'Pass' or 'Fail'.  The reading may turn orange or red to indicate warning and action limits respectively as defined in the programme. Choose 'Not Tested' if you didn't do the test.
  2. Report more specific observations or elaborate on the results here.
  3. If you wish to conduct a re-test you can check this box.

Complete the record as shown in the previous workflow stage.

  1. For each Microorganism you need to do a retest on, enter the reading and select the result - 'Pass', 'Fail' or 'Not Tested'. The reading may turn orange or red to indicate warning and action limits respectively as defined in the programme.
