Add a Category List

A Category List is a drop-down. It can be created for failure reason codes which will be selected in the Receiving and Inspection Module when building an Item Inspection Template and the is filled in when completing the Item Status stage of an Item Inspection Record.

Note: This is only applicable to the Receiving and Inspection Module in Safefood360.

Create a Category

You can add a Category List by navigating to Categories > Add Standard Category > Category List.

Enter Category List Details

Enter Category Details
  1. Name: Enter the name of the new Category List.
  2. Folder: Choose the location you would like the category to be saved in.
  3. Description: Add a description for the list your are creating.
  4. List Item: Add each drop-down list item under this column.
  5. Add Line: Use the add line button to add lines for adding to the list.
  6. Arrows: Use the blue arrows to rearrange the list order.
  7. X: Use the X to remove an item from the list.
