Add a Customer Category

To add a Customer Category, while in the Categories Module click Add Standard Category > Customer Category.

Customer category examples include Retailer etc. Customer categories can be selected in the scope of approval section of an assessment record.

Enter Category Details
  1. Name: Enter the name of the customer category.
  2. Folder: Choose the location you would like the customer category to be saved.
  3. Description: Add a description to help other users better understand the customer category.
  4. Save: Click to save.
