The Categories Module in Master Data is where you can add specific categories or standard categories that will be used throughout the system in programmes and records. For example, in records such as complaints and corrective actions you can choose from the list of non-conformances that have been added in the Categories Module.

If you would like to filter the categories to see just one type of category. simply click on the arrow on the right-hand side of the column Type, go to Filters, and choose which category you would like to see in the tab.
