From the Mobile App you can access Support, Safefood 360 Userguide, and Terms & Conditions.

Settings and Help

1. Check your email for an invitation

2. Select a password and accept the terms of use

Click on 'Support' to access your device's email provider and email the Support Team your question/issue using the email [email protected] (the support email will auto-populate in your email 'To' field.)

This email will become a 'Ticket' and the Support Team will respond to your Ticket via email.

Click on 'General Information' to access the Userguide main page.

Terms & Conditions

Choose your account - Work - Microsoft​ Edge

Click on 'Terms & Conditions' to access any terms & conditions document that is associated with your site (when terms & conditions are enabled for a site, users will need to accept the terms to continue having access to the system. If it has been setup that the terms & conditions document is available for a user to view at any time (top of the Safefood360° site when logged into the system on a browser), then in the mobile app the terms & conditions document can be viewed any time by clicking here).
