Mobile App Access and Logging In

Once you have access to your Safefood360° site, your site has had the Mobile App enabled by the Support Team and your site has the Auditing Module, you will be able to log into the Safefood 360 Mobile App.

The Safefood360° Mobile App is available from the app store for Android and iOS. Simply search for Safefood360.

Install the Mobile App

1. Check your email for an invitation

On your device, search your app store for the Safefood360° Mobile App and click 'Install'.

Open App and Accept Terms and Conditions

2. Select a password and accept the terms of use

Click on the 'Terms and Conditions' blue link to read the Terms and Conditions for using the Mobile App. Tick the box to confirm you have read and accepted the Terms, then click 'Accept' to proceed to login.

Proceed to Login

1. Click 'Login'.

Choose your account - Work - Microsoft​ Edge

2. Add your 'Email Address' and click 'Continue'. The system will confirm if your email is that of a current User of Safefood360°.

If you are not yet a User of any Safefood360° site, the error 'An account could not be found for the provided user ID' will appear. Ensure you have been sent an invitation to join your Safefood360° site, and that you have successfully accepted this invitation before logging into the Safefood360° Mobile App.

3. Add your 'Password' and click 'Sign In'. If you forget your password, click 'Reset Your Password' to create a new one.

4. If Applicable: If your account has Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled, you will need to choose your preferred MFA method.

Some Users may be requested by their company to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This is an extra step in the login process whereby a User receives a 6-digit code by Email, SMS, or Authenticator App to enter while logging into the system each time.

Set a PIN

Create a 'PIN' for logging into the Mobile App. The PIN number should be between 4 and 6 characters long. Once you set the PIN confirm the PIN and click 'Login'. A Pin is required, therefore an error will appear on screen if a Pin is not noted, or if a Pin is not matching.

After setting up the PIN the first time, the next time you log into the Mobile App you will be asked to enter the PIN you original setup. If you forget your PIN, you can click 'Forgotten PIN?' to reset it. 

Alternatively, if the device you are using has been setup for fingerprint scanning, then you can use the fingerprint scanner button instead of entering the PIN.
