Add Claim Status Model
The Claim Status Model can be configured to enable what values appear within the Decision stage drop-down menu in a Claim Record.
Only one claim status model can be created per site. If a user adds a new model and there is already an existing claim status model in place, this existing model will populate automatically.
1. Status Model
- Enter the name of the model you are creating.
- The type of model you are creating appears here by default.
- Choose an existing folder for the model to go into or create a new folder by clicking New Folder.
- Use the Add Line button to add as many lines as required for each item (claim statuses).
- For each item you can associate an overall default result. Choose from the set result drop-down either Accepted or Rejected. If you do not want to associate a default result, leave the field blank.
