Add Open Data - Numerical Field
Tests are building blocks to monitoring/receiving programmes. When building monitoring/receiving programmes you may need to add some open data fields which are not subject to testing. An open data numerical field is one type of the many open data tests.
The numerical field test is useful for inputting numbers e.g., batch number or UPC code.
To add a numerical field, navigate to the Test module in Master Data, click Add Open Data > Numerical Field.
1. Details
- Enter the name of the test.
- You can group tests into folders to help you retrieve and find your tests easier later on when you are building your Monitoring and Receiving programmes.
- Provide a brief description of what you hope to accomplish with the open data.
- If a procedure is required you can select the document here.
- If applicable set the decimal place for the numbers that will be added to the test in the record e.g. 2 decimal places - 100.56.
