On your device, search your app store for the Safefood360° app and click Install.

Click on the link to read the terms and conditions for using the app. Tick the box to confirm you have read and accept the terms, then click Accept.

1. Click Login.

2. Add your email address and click Continue.

3. Add your email address and password. If you forget your password, click Reset Your Password to create a new one.

4. If Applicable: If your account has Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled, you will need to choose your preferred MFA method.

Some users maybe be requested by their company to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This is an extra step in the login process whereby a user receives a 6-digit code by email, SMS, or Authenticator App to enter while logging into the system each time. Please click here to refer to the section Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication on how to turn it on for your profile and how to complete it during the login process.

Create a PIN for logging into the app. The PIN number should be between 4 and 6 characters long. Once you set the PIN confirm the PIN and click Login.

After setting up the PIN, the next time you log into the app you will be asked to add the PIN you original setup. If you forget your PIN you can click 'Forgotten PIN?' to reset it. 

Alternatively, if the device you are using has been setup for fingerprint scanning, then you can use the fingerprint scanner button instead of entering the PIN.
