Update My Profile

My Profile is where you can update details such as your name, phone number, language the system is displayed in, change your password, enable 90 day password reset, and enable/disable Multi-Factor Authentication.

1. Access Profile

  1. Click on your name located on the top of screen.

1. Click Edit Profile to make changes.

2. If you want to change your password click Change Password.

1. Update your profile first name or second name if required.

2. Update or add your phone number here. If you are enabling Multi-Factor Authentication this field will be mandatory so can receive an authentication code by SMS or authentication by phone call. Ensure that format of your phone number is as you would dial it internationally e.g., +16463600210. Ensure to add the + at the start of the number.

3. If you wish to change the language of the system interface, you can click the drop-down and choose from the list of languages.

4. For added security you may enable the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). Click here for the steps on setting up the MFA after you enable it here. You will be required to add your phone number at point 1 when the field MFA is enabled. This is to allow you to have the option of having your authentication code come to you by SMS/call. You can turn of the MFA for your profile by unticking the box.

5. Tick the box to have your password reset every 90 days. A reminder email will be sent before the 90 days and after the 90 days is up.

6. After you make your change click Save.
