Add Open Data - File Upload

Presentation title - PowerPoint

Tests are building blocks to monitoring/receiving programmes. When building monitoring/receiving programmes you may need to add some open data fields which are not subject to testing.

File Upload is an open data field that can be added to any monitoring/receiving programme. The "File Upload" is very useful because it allows you to attach documents e.g. COA, pictures, labels, etc. within a record.

1. Enter details

Enter details
  1. Give your file upload a name. This name will appear in the monitoring form.
  2. You can organise your open data fields into folders.
  3. Provide a short description that tells you what the file upload is going to be used for.
  4. If you want the operator to be able to view a document directly from the monitoring form you can link this field into a document. For instance, you might link the field into a standard operating procedure.

2. Include the File Upload in a Monitoring Programme
