The Deleted Records archive will show you all the records on your site which have been deleted. It will also show you when the record was deleted and by whom.

Files which are deleted are never truly gone. To recover them is simple. Just right click the recover link and choose Open In New Tab. The item being recovered will instantly load in a tab in your browser and will be returned to its original location in the system.
