Add a Control Record

1. Enter Report Details

  1. Select the date of the control activity.
  2. If any procedure document was selected in the control program they will be displayed here. You will be able to click them to view.
  3. If any site maps have been selected in the control program they will be displayed here. You will be able to click them to view.
  4. For each task confirm the employee or supplier which completed the task.
  5. If you have used chemicals in the configuration of your program they will be displayed here. For each chemical that has been used in the control activity select 'Yes'.
  6. Detail any nonconformances found and actions required.
  7. Enter your closing report with any extra remarks or observations made.
