1. Enter Report Details
- Select the date of the control activity.
- If any procedure document was selected in the control programme they will be displayed here. You will be able to click them to view.
- If any site maps have been selected in the control programme they will be displayed here. You will be able to click them to view.
- For each task confirm the employee or supplier who completed the task.
- If you have used chemicals in the configuration of your program they will be displayed here. For each chemical that has been used in the control activity select 'Yes'.
- Detail any non-conformances found and actions required.
- Enter your closing report with any extra remarks or observations made.
