A Pest Control programme is created when you conduct activities on-site to control pests e.g. fogging or EFK lamp replacement.

1. Enter the name of the programme being implemented.
2. Select the employee or supplier who will conduct the control activity.
3. Select the employee responsible for the programme.
4. Conduct a brief risk assessment and enter your justification.
5. Enter the pests that are being targeted by the programme.
6. Select the chemicals which will be used during the control activity. Include their approval details, intended use and select a Material Safety Data Sheet from the document control module if required.
7. Select each person involved in the control activity and specify whether training certificates have been obtained.
8. Include any procedure documents required in conducting the control activity.
9. You can also add any pest control site maps that might be required in conducting the control activity.
