Add a Return to Work Screening

1. Complete Return to Work Screening Questionnaire
- Select the date.
- Select the employee returning to work.
- Select the reason for the employee's absence.
- Answer screening questionnaire and make notes where necessary.
2. Enter Screening Result
- Select the screening result - Pass or Fail.
- Enter the report of the screening.
- If a medical assessment is required then check this box.
- If a stool test is required then check this box.
2.1. Complete Medical Assessment (if required)
- Select the date of assessment.
- Enter the name of the medical practitioner.
- Enter the medical practitioner's certificate number.
- Enter a report.
- If a repeat assessment is required then check this box and another Medical Assessment section will be added to the record.
