All categories, including brands, are used to set up a predefined list of elements that can then be applied throughout the Safefood360° solution without having to type these categories twice, or the fear of an operator not knowing the correct category. Brands can be used for example under the Complaints module to keep track of which brands are generating the most complaints.

1. Enter the name of the brand.
2. Organise brands into folder.
3. Enter a description of the brand.
